TERMS and CONDITIONS:
If you have a stolen card or card number, you are advised to take your business somewhere else. We prosecute all fraud cases. Our system does track the IP address the orders are placed from.
All orders are subject to product availability. We make every attempt to keep our website as current as possible, but some items may become discontinued and therefore not shippable.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of your submission.
If you wish to make changes to your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Blemished, closeout and discontinued items are on a first-come, first-served basis and limited to stock on hand. There are no refunds or exchanges on closeout items, so be sure to verify it is the product you want before ordering.
Pricing is subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the pricing on our website. We reserve the right to correct any errors. We are not obligated to sell an item at a miss-marked price. Discounts and special offers cannot be combined.
Orders shipped are charged the appropriate sales tax. Prices are in U.S. Dollars.
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Money Orders and Personal Checks. Sorry, no COD purchases and personal checks and money orders must clear 5 days prior to transaction and shipping being completed.
All payment information is captured securely through the industry standard SSL. We charge your card at the time of the order being processed.
In stock items are typically shipped the same day as the order is processed. Items that are not in stock will usually ship 2-7 business days from time of order processing. This varies depending on the product and dealer and customer locations. Backordered items are shipped immediately when they come in unless the order is cancelled. We make every effort to ship your order in the shortest amount of time possible, but cannot be held responsible for problems arising from delayed delivery.
Orders paid by credit card must be shipped to an address that is on file with your credit card. We cannot process an order with a shipment to an address that cannot be verified with the card issuer - to protect both parties from fraud. RIVCO Products may waive this policy if we have successfully completed an order with you in the past. Shipping charges are calculated by order total.
Orders shipped to Alaska & Hawaii are subject to additional Freight & Handling charges, as are all heavy product orders. Air service is not available. Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS Priority mail only.
If a Shipment is refused delivery by a customer, the customer will be charged the 20% restocking fee and will be held liable for any and all shipping charges as a result of the refused shipment.
International Orders Requesting Postal Service Shipping:
If your package is delivered to the US Postal Service, your package is out of the hands of RIVCO. We don't have any access into the US Postal Service, US Customs, your country's customs or postal service, and our responsibility for getting your package to you is now out of our hands. So once your package is in the hands of USPS, their responsibility is to get it delivered to your country's customs service. Once they turn it over to your country's customs office, that package is essentially out of the US Post Service's hands. Then your country's customs procedures ensure the package is fit to import into your country and then turn it over to your country's postal service and again the item is out of their hands. Then it is up to your country's postal service to deliver the package to you.
The customer must remain aware that various countries handle customs differently, some faster and some slower. Items being shipped outside the USA will be subject to import duties, taxes, and tariffs as imposed by the country the product is being imported to. The customer (the person importing the product) is responsible to pay the import duties and taxes incurred by customs when the product reaches the country of destination. RIVCO is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or tariffs incurred by the importation of products into countries other than the USA. The customer is responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and tariffs as billed by the courier and imposed by the customs and import department of their respective country.
• Customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerages fees, etc.) may be charged upon delivery and required to obtain your order.
• These fees are NOT included in your shipping charges.
• We are not able to mark orders as "gifts" because we are a retail store.
• We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees.
• RIVCO has no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. so please do not ask us to do so - we don't have this information. Please contact your local customs office if you need to know more.
RIVCO can not declare a lower value on your package than the purchase price that you paid. Thank you for your understanding. NOTE: We may choose not ship to hotels, motels, inns, hostels, B&Bs, and/or timeshares because we cannot guarantee safe and timely delivery during your stay.
Country not listed? We may choose not to ship to some countries for a variety of reasons (our carriers do not deliver there, we have products that cannot be easily shipped to these countries or we have had a high rate of fraudulent orders coming from these countries). We appreciate your interest in RIVCO, and we would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Due to fees charged to us by credit card companies for processing of your credit card, and cancellation fees charged by our distributors, there will be a cancellation fee on all orders canceled after credit card has been processed. The fee will be determined by our actual loss due to the cancellation and will range from a minimum of 5%. These fees are necessary because cancellations do cost RIVCO money and we cannot afford to pay for others’ indecision. Please be sure before ordering.
Any damage to your box and/or its contents from shipping should be reported directly to the freight carrier. RIVCO Products is not responsible for shipping damages.
Goal one is to provide you with the best service for the lowest price. Mistakes and errors do occur, and we promise we will make every reasonable effort to correct the problem as soon as possible. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
RIVCOproducts.com uses physical, electronic and administrative safeguards, including advanced firewall and password protection for our databases, designed to protect the security of information. We restrict access to your personal information to employees that need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our services. However, as you know, third parties try to unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications. Therefore, although we work very hard to protect your privacy, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personal information or private communications will always remain private.

It is RIVCO Products’ goal to have your order arrive at your door as quickly as possible. Normally you can expect your items in 2-7 working days if it is NOT on backorder. Due to the volume of our sales; most items ship express from our manufacturing plant or can be sent straight from the warehouse. Items typically ship out no later than 1-2 business days after your order is placed. In an effort to get your product to you your order may ship with either the U.S. Postal Service or UPS. Once the order is processed for shipping you will receive the tracking number along with the carrier. For questions on shipping contact –
RIVCO Products, Incorporated is located in Wisconsin. Any orders for Wisconsin residence will be subject to the respective State Sales Tax.
We have a company wide effort to keep the number of Back Orders to a minimum. In the event that the item you want is on back order, your order will be handled as follows: A representative from RIVCO Products will contact you either via Phone or E-Mail to inform you of the back order and the estimated availability date. At that time you can cancel you order without penalty, or have the item placed on back order. Once the item is put on back order you may be subject to a restocking fee if the order is cancelled. Once the item becomes available, if it is within 30 days of being back ordered the item will be charged and shipped, if it has been on order for longer than 30 days, a RIVCO Products representative will contact you to confirm that you still want the product. Returns & Exchanges:

Have the following information available when you call:
· Part number(s) to be returned
· Copy of original invoice
· Reason for return
1. Obtain an RGA number that will be valid for 15 days.
2. Carefully package merchandise to avoid damage during shipment. Chrome plating is a delicate cosmetic finish that can easily be damaged if not carefully packed. (Include a copy of the invoice with the RGA# on it.)
3. Ship only those items for which the RGA has been issued.
4. Write the RGA number prominently on the outside of package.
5. Ship package freight prepaid (COD’s will not be accepted) to:

Any return/exchange of parts can only be made within15 days of receipt - WITH PRIOR APPROVAL ONLY. If the claim is due to damage or shortage you must keep the package and packaging for the carrier to inspect.
You MUST CALL FIRST and get a RGA# before attempting to return/exchange an item.Items returned/exchanged without prior authorization and a RGA number WILL NOT be accepted or credited. The approved part must be returned/exchanged in sellable condition. Returned/exchanged parts shipping cost will be paid for by the customer and all parts are subject up to a 20% restocking fee or the actual restocking cost, whichever is greater. Discontinued or closeout items CANNOT be returned/exchanged, no exception. Once a return/exchange authorization number is issued, the return/exchange must be in possession of RIVCO Products within 7 business days.
All returns/exchanges are subject to inspection for damage, misuse, improper packaging and/or missing parts. RIVCO Products retains the right to issue a company credit at its sole discretion.
Return Fees Policy:
If you return an item and paid by credit card, RIVCO Products was charged 3.0% by the credit card company on the total of your purchase. On a $500 purchase that would be a $15.00 fee we’d pay so that you are able to use your card with us. We also pay for the box, packing materials and labor. Obviously there is a loss to us once you return an item, and when we credit back your card – it adds up very quickly. We want to stay in business so we must charge these fees back to the customer. RIVCO Products charges up to a 20% restocking fee or the actual restocking cost, whichever is higher. We are NOT making money on this fee, and we have no desire to - we just can’t afford to lose money on the sale.
