Warranty

RIVCO offers a one year limited warranty (extended to two year with registration) from the date of invoice, on

all products that are manufactured by RIVCO. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not

transferable.

Products must be returned to RIVCO for inspection for determination of repair, replacement or credit. Any

product to be evaluated for a possible defect must be delivered to RIVCO at the owner’s expense and

accompanied by a copy of the purchase receipt, or other acceptable proof of purchase. A Return Goods

Authorization number must first be obtained by calling our customer service department, toll-free at (888) 801-

8222 Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. CST. If a returned item is determined to be defective in

material and/or workmanship within the allotted warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced at the discretion

of RIVCO. The customer is responsible for return freight charges. Any item returned for evaluation and found

NOT to be defective under the terms of our warranty, will be returned to the customer at their expense.

No replacement will be shipped prior to receipt of the return for inspection and determination of qualification of

warranty. We make every effort to ship replacement parts as soon as possible, but please note that delays

may sometimes occur due to manufacturing schedules. Credits or refunds will be issued only for the value of

the item and no credit will be issued for labor or any other cost incurred beyond the original cost of the part.
