Allowing an 8-inch range of motion (4-inches forward or 4-inches back from the centerline of the frame tubes), the HD004 will accommodate any leg length. The rubber isolated pads prevent frame vibration from being transferred to your foot and the adjustable set screw design make for one of the most versatile and comfortable highway mount systems on the market.
Total length of the HD004 with peg extended is 13-inches and our folding clevis design allows the peg to fold up when not in use. To increase the total length of your HD004 highway mounts, check out our PEGSEXT-3 three-inch extensions.
The HD004 arms clamp securely to a 1 1/2”-inch diameter frame tube and will not slip once installed. CNC machined from billet aluminum and chrome plated, the HD004 features stainless steel hardware.
To calculate the diameter of your frame down tubes, wrap a dollar bill around the frame tube, make a pencil mark where the bill overlaps, remove and measure the length between the marks. A measurement of 3 1/2" is a diameter of 1 1/8" and will need our HD002 highway mount set. A measurement of 4" is a diameter of 1 1/4" and will need our HD003 or HD003BK highway mount set. A measurement of 4 11/16" is a diameter of 1 1/2" and will need our HD004 highway mount set.

The HDPBLA passenger board mounts offer the absolute best in passenger comfort and adjustability. The set comes with right and left side adjustable passenger board mount assemblies and accepts your factory passenger boards or Harley-Davidson accessory passenger floorboards(passenger boards not supplied in the HDPBLA kit).
The HDPBLA offers a 9-inch range of rotational motion through twelve positions, at two places on the mount arms. To adjust board height, forward or rear location, and board angle -pull out one of the knurled knobs, move the desired position, and then let the knob go so it clicks into place; no tools required.
Each HDPBLA mount set is CNC machined from T6061 aircraft quality billet aluminum, hand polished to a mirror like finish, triple chrome plated, then hand assembled and inspected. The HDPBLA mounts are also available in black under part number HDPBLA-BK. FLH and FLT models that have Rinehart True Dual exhaust installed will need HDPBLA-RE and HDPBLABK-RE.
NOTE – Each of the rotating HDPBLA assemblies go through a multi-step adjustment and shimming process before being torqued to our exact specifications. Therefore, rotating them to make adjustments may take a bit of force at first. This is normal; and the assemblies will loosen up a bit as they get used. We designed the HDPBLA for adjustment and stability when mounted, so adjusting them uninstalled while holding them in your hands will also be difficult.
